Three team members in The Trust Company of Tennessee’s Knoxville office have earned new roles.
Stacy Lantz now serves as trust operations team lead; Jelitta Stansberry, retirement plan services (RPS) operations team lead; and Celso Toc, associate trust officer.

Founded in 1987 and with offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, The Trust Company of Tennessee currently has more than $5 billion under management. The firm helps individuals, families, business owners and nonprofits make better financial decisions through wealth management, personal investment strategy, corporate retirement plans, estate planning, personal trust and nonprofit investing services.
“Our growing team is enhanced by existing team members who are committed to skill and career development, and we’re excited to see Stacy, Jelitta and Celso move into new roles that reflect their career progression,” said Daniel Carter, president of The Trust Company of Tennessee. “We send all three a big congratulations and know they will excel in their new positions.”
Lantz, who started in 2024 as an operations systems analyst, will take responsibility for the efficiency of trust operations, focusing on continual process improvements, streamlining procedures and implementing technology solutions.
Stansberry, previously an RPS operations specialist, joined the firm in 2011 and will now oversee the timely processing of transactions and other daily operations for the RPS team.
Toc, who joined in 2023 as a client service associate, will now facilitate the administration of trusts as a primary contact for clients and build strong relationships.
