Nicole Lenaghan, recruiter for The Trust Company of Tennessee, has earned certified professional status from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
The SHRM-CP credential assesses knowledge and understanding within the field in topical areas such as people, leadership and business, as well as decision-making skills and strategy.
Founded in 1987 and with offices in Chattanooga, Knoxville and the Tri-Cities, The Trust Company of Tennessee currently has more than $5 billion under management. Lenaghan earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and information management from the University of Tennessee, where she marched with the Pride of the Southland Band as a piccolo player. She previously served as branch manager at Luttrell Staffing Group.
She and her husband, Bryan, reside in Oak Ridge, and she enjoys video games, reading science fiction, traveling, trying new food and all things Disney.
