The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired Teresa Jorge as a Retirement Plan Services (RPS) compliance specialist.
Based in Knoxville, The Trust Company of Tennessee is a state-chartered bank with more than $3.5 billion under management. The company helps individuals, families, business owners and nonprofits make better decisions with money through wealth management, corporate retirement and personal trust services.
“Teresa brings 15 years of experience in RPS compliance and serving in the pension field,” said Daniel Carter, president of the Trust Company of Tennessee. “An expert in her field, she is committed to helping our clients achieve their retirement goals.”
Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science in international business management from Brigham Young University in Hawaii and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in applied actuarial mathematics from Bryant University in Rhode Island. She previously worked as a retirement benefits consultant for Alliant Insurance Services in New York.
Jorge resides in West Orange, New Jersey, with her husband, Man, and their son, Riley. In her spare time, Jorge loves cooking, traveling and exploring new cultures in different countries.
