Legal Counsel
Virginia serves as in-house counsel.
She earned both a bachelor’s degree business administration, summa cum laude, with a major in accounting and Juris Doctor with a concentration in business transactions from The University of Tennessee.
Her previous experience includes representing clients in estate administration and real estate and commercial transactions, as well as advising business owners on governance, litigation, payroll and employment law matters. From 2009 to 2019, she served as an adjunct faculty member for The University of Tennessee College of Law teaching contract drafting. She previously served as a volunteer member of the Disciplinary Hearing Committee for District II for the Board of Professional Responsibility of the Supreme Court of Tennessee.
