Stacy serves clients through expertise gained over more than 25 years of experience in business and individual tax planning, focusing on gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.
She earned a bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor with a concentration in business transactions with honors from The University of Tennessee and a Master of Laws (LLM) in taxation from New York University. She was admitted to the Tennessee bar in 1996 and joined The Trust Company of Tennessee in 2007.
Stacy shares her expertise on estate planning, transfer taxes and related topics through speaking engagements to community and professional groups and volunteers with industry and community organizations.
She is a member and past President of the Knoxville Estate Planning Council, a graduate of Leadership Knoxville’s Class of 2017 and a member of the Knoxville Bar Association. She also serves as a Trust Division Committee member of the Tennessee Bar Association and is Chair of the Board of Tennessee Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection. Stacy is a member of the Tennessee Bar Foundation Fellows Class of 2023.
