Nicole works to help put the right people in the right positions to best serve teams, team members and clients.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and information management from The University of Tennessee, where she marched with the Pride of the Southland Band as a piccolo player. She is a certified professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).
She previously served as branch manager for a staffing group and was responsible for providing staffing services in a variety of industries.
