Denise is focused on driving efficiency and delivering a consistent client experience. She leads our operational teams and pairs technology solutions with people.
Since 1995, Denise has worked closely with the retirement plan services arena of operations and expanded her oversight to include trust and wealth management operations as well. She helps develop dedicated, service-focused team members who utilize our technology solutions to deliver a premium client experience.
As a community supporter, Denise serves multiple organizations including United Way and A Place at the Table and she is a graduate of Leadership Knoxville’s Class of 2022.
