Human Resources Generalist
Ashley partners with leadership to develop total rewards strategies that integrate competitive benefits and compensation with career development opportunities to support organizational goals.
She earned an associate degree from Pellissippi State Community College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a human resources concentration at The University of Tennessee. She is a senior certified professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and holds the SHRM Total Rewards Specialty Credential.
She serves as president-elect on the board of East Tennessee Compensation and Benefits Association and volunteers as a youth soccer coach for Maryville-Alcoa-Blount County Parks & Recreation Commission.
