1 29-oz. can tomato sauce
3-4 medium-sized Grainger County tomatoes, diced
4 jalapeno peppers
1 red jalapeno pepper
3 finger jack peppers (long, green and slender)
1 orange bonnet pepper
1 small onion
4-5 cloves elephant garlic
1 bunch cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Chili powder
Cayenne pepper
Cumin
Dice peppers and onion, crush garlic, cut or pick cilantro leaves from stalk and dice them. Stir all to mix together. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and add spices to taste. Stir and serve. Add more diced tomatoes if too hot or spicy
