Honey-Mustard Glaze*
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. of orange juice
1 tsp. chopped fresh or 1/4 teaspoon of dried tarragon leaves
1 tsp. balsamic or cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. white or regular Worcestershire sauce
Dash of onion powder
Mix all ingredients.
*Sweet glaze on pork chops browns easily, so watch the chops carefully and make sure they don’t get too hot. Grilled onion slices are a perfect addition to these tasty chops!
Honey-Mustard Pork Chops
4 pork boneless loin chops, 1-inch thick (about 1 pound)
Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. Heat coal or gas grill for direct heat. Cover and grill pork 4-5 inches from medium heat, congregating pork toward center of rack. Cook 14-16 minutes, brushing liberally with glaze and turning once, until center is slightly pink. Discard remaining glaze; do not reuse.
