1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1/2 white or yellow onion, chopped
1/2 stick butter
2-3 tbsp. sugar
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Add all ingredients except butter to casserole dish and mix well to combine. Slice half stick of butter and place on top of casserole. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 15 minutes and stir. Bake for another 30 minutes or until center is set. This corn casserole is an easy fixin’ served alongside barbecue or favorite summer fare.
