1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
2 large eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Pumpkin Spice
1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in bowl. Blend at medium speed until well-mixed. Pour batter into greased 9×5-inch loaf pan. Bake 45-55 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes and remove from pan.
Optional: Stir in 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chopped walnuts into batter for extra fall flare.
