This amazing peppery white sauce pairs great with summertime favorites such as pulled pork, salmon, chicken or turkey wings. Use it as a coleslaw sauce or swap it for mayo in potato salad. Try it drizzled over roasted or grilled veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. black pepper – or more depending on your taste
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar or sugar substitute
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a jar or other container with a tight lid, shake well and serve. It’s best made the day before, if possible.
