Grant brings more than 30 years of professional experience in banking, financial planning and wealth management to The Trust Company of Tennessee. He has led successful wealth management teams and forged strong relationships across a myriad of business functions and industries. Before joining The Trust Company, Grant was the managing director for SunTrust Banks, Inc. Private Wealth Management in Knoxville, Chattanooga and Nashville. His breadth of experience also includes wealth management for US Trust, Bank of America and Wells Fargo in the Atlanta market and in the Carolinas.
A graduate of Florida International University, Grant holds a bachelor’s degree in business. His lifelong pursuit of education includes completing the Certification Financial Planning Education Program from Queens University and several other FINRA licenses.
Grant is engaged in the community in many ways: He is a board member for the Tennessee Foundation STEM Council, Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of the Tennessee Valley and member of the investment committees at East Tennessee Foundation and United Way of Greater Knoxville. He is a past board member for the Knoxville Chamber of Commerce and Boy Scouts of America.
Grant enjoys fly fishing, golf, travel and spending quality time with family and friends.
