Relationship Manager Tracey Smith sat down with the Chattanooga Times Free Press to talk about how she makes insurance and retirement planning approachable for her clients.

Smith told the paper she uses a cooking metaphor to help understand a client’s appetite for engagement and risk. She would ask employees if they like to cook from scratch or eat prepared meals to determine if they might prefer an active or passive investment strategy.
Smith manages and strategizes for about 20 retirement plans for companies in the Chattanooga area.
