The Trust Company of Tennessee has hired five new team members. Marlee Biggs has been added as a client service associate; Weston Mattice as client specialist; Gabby Osgood as client service associate; Deena Turner as Retirement Plan Services relationship manager; and Paul Wich as director of information technology.
Three team members have earned promotions, including Kevin Fillers, who now serves as vice president of retirement plan services; Vanessa Gilenson, associate relationship manager; and Melissa Hanson, revenue accountant.
Three team members have earned new financial credentials. Client Specialist Elizabeth Bradshaw has earned the Accredited Trust Fiduciary Advisor (ATFA) designation; Vice President and Specialty Trust Director Dalia Matthews has earned the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation; and Client Specialist Samuel Williams is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®).

Biggs provides support to a team of relationship managers and client specialists. She earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from The University of Alabama Culverhouse College of Business.
Mattice helps deliver an exceptional client experience by building relationships and responding to client needs with accuracy. His background is in insurance, and he is licensed in Casualty, Property, Health and Life insurance.
Osgood helps create seamless, responsive client experiences by serving as a trusted point of contact, coordinating account activity, answering requests and proactively resolving concerns.
Based in our Chattanooga office, Turner provides excellent service and support to clients and the retirement plan services team. Her experience includes relationship management, client service and business development. She holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
Wich provides strategic direction and leadership for the firm’s technology program and operating model to improve client experience. He is passionate about the field of finance and has broad experience across wealth and financial planning practices and solutions. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance and management from the University of Kentucky.
