Overcoming Anxiety During Challenging Times

Keep in mind the four M’s:

• Mindfulness: Prayer and meditation. Noticing and appreciating your surroundings, having gratitude.
• Movement: Organization projects, spring cleaning, or exercise. Get fresh air if you can.
• Meaningful Engagement: Phone calls, Facetime, Skype — any way to communicate with loved ones.
• Mastery: Hobbies and other things you can focus on. Take this time to learn something new.
