Chad Schollaert serves as Chief Development Officer and is charged with helping The Trust Company grow in a purposeful way that allows us to help more people live confidently and raise the funds we need to enhance our client experience and company culture.
Chad also serves on the investment committee of The Trust Company, which is responsible for asset selection, monitoring, and allocation for client accounts. Chad also leads the retirement plan services committee which enables clients to stay current on regulation, enhances the final product to plan sponsors and participants, and creates efficiency within our operations.
Chad has nearly 20 years of experience in banking and investments and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Lee University. A graduate of both the Cannon Financial Institute Retirement Plan Services and the Southern Trust School, Chad is a member of the Tennessee Valley Employee Benefits Council.
He has served on the United Way of Greater Knoxville’s Outcomes Based Investments committee and has been honored as a member of the Greater Knoxville Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” list of up and coming leaders. He serves on the board of directors for ChildHelp Tennessee and the Ronald McDonald House and is a member of Nucleus Knoxville.
